5-month-old son. S, alert and but still getting used to other people. We have a daily routine which includes set naps, storytime, playmat, sing along songs, swing looking outside, tummy time, conversation etc. his bed time is 7:30 p.m. and he typically wakes up at 7-8. We do not use any screens to entertain him and limit our iPhone usage by him to avoid him trying to interact with mobile phones. He loves books, teethers, mirrors, looking outside and being talked to.
