Full Time Special Needs Nanny Needed For 3 & 7 Year Olds

Friendly Scarsdale family is seeking a Full-Time nanny to care for their sweet and active 3-year-old son and smart and energetic 7-year-old son. Applicants MUST be at least 21yo, have 3+ years' experience, vaccinated against Covid-19, and willing to commit long-term. The 7-year-old will be in school full time and the 3-year-old will be in a nursery school program and will need to be picked up by the nanny. The nanny should also be willing to drive children to local classes, activities, and appointments. The family is looking for someone who can handle both children and their varying needs. The ideal candidate will be someone who is very reliable and looking to grow with the family for many years. The 7-year-old has ADHD, social skills differences, and anxiety so experience with special needs children would be ideal. Candidates who are warm, gentle, patient, and energetic will do well in this role. Household duties will primarily include child-related tasks such as meal preparation, washing children's dishes, children's laundry, and general tidying up. A clean driving record will be required. Mom may occasionally works from home, but the nanny will have full autonomy. Potential hours with flexibility for the right candidate: M-F 7am-10am, 1pm-7 p.m. (45 hours). Live-in or live out.
