I would like someone to lovingly care for my 18-month-old who is always focused on the needs of a busy toddler interacting, talking, playing, doing outdoor activities, diapering regularly, bathing, and napping and feeding according to schedule. Additionally, it is really important that I am able to get to work punctually and regularly myself.
