Initially, duties would just be taking care of our son for the summer. In the Fall, he'll be attending a part-time program. Once that happens, to keep the position as full-time, family assistant duties such as grocery shopping, laundry, etc.. will be added. Benefits: 5 Paid Sick Days per year (Paid out double if you don't use them). Two weeks paid vacation (all vacation must be scheduled at least one month in advance so we can arrange alternative care). About Us: I work in tech and grief recovery; my wife is a Pastor/Professor/Spiritual Director. We're both working from home most of the time. We like structure for raising our son, but laughter, silliness and having fun are family values of ours.
