Part-time Nanny Needed For My Child In Salem.

I am looking for a great, caring part-time nanny for 1 child in Salem. It would be every other wens & possibly every 4th tues. It would involve making dinner & cleaning up the kitchen, and possibly some transportation for sports or after school activities. My elderly mother does child care for me, but cannot drive after dark & could use help with meals & homework duties. A car that is good in the snow is a must as I live on a single lane dirt road. I am an open communicator who uses reasoning & compassion rather than a lot of punishment in parenting, while making sure my daughter is respectful. The start date is flexible. I would prefer a babysitter who does not smoke, who is comfortable with dogs, and who is CPR certified.
