About the job
We have 4 children whom attend 4 different schools with after school activities, but don't worry we are a team! We are looking for a new member of our team of to help partner with us to support our careers and our children. While there is flexibility in our schedule, we are looking for consistent help daily after school. The routine would be facilitating pickup from the gramma school, being there for the bus when it comes from another school, assisting with homework, housework and general support for our family. We also want to be able to have planned support in the morning when there is travel associated with our career. The morning needs would be to assist with getting our children to school while one of us is away and the other is at work. We want our partner to be kind, assertive and understanding. Someone who understands that while we may be around we need their support to step in when they are with us, change the laundry, grab a snack for one of the kids, make sure the dishwasher is empty, etc.
