Full Time Nanny Needed For Twin Boys (10 Months Old)

We are looking for a full time nanny to grow with our now 10-month-old twin boys. As a work from home mom, I will be around but will be working in my office. Looking for a nanny that will love them like their own and commit to being with us for a minimum of one year, ideally longer and be someone our twins trust and love. A typical day would include feeding, changing and educating the twins during their wake windows while limiting screen time. While they nap it would be helpful to restock their areas and clean bottles/do their laundry. We're looking for someone that ideally has experience with twins or multiple young babies. CPR/ first aid training a bonus. Must have strong immune system as these kids are frequently sick. Our family includes a 9-year-old Pomeranian that is very friendly, loves people and loves to play outdoors.
