About the job
My client is sight impaired and will need a ride from home to University, libraries and grocery stores and back. Availability to wait in the car while they are shopping and or studying is required. When the car is being loaded and unloaded, proper communication and active listening between client and Care professional is required. For example, if the client needs help carrying bags or books up to their residence, the Care professional will politely ask Is it okay if I can help carry things up with you? If the answer is yes, the Care professional may proceed.
