Weekend Nanny For 3 Month Old Son

Hi! My husband and I are looking for childcare for one weekend day for our 3-month-old son. We are both nurses so we would need someone who is able to have a little bit of flexibility with hours as the day may change from Saturday to Sunday. We do have our schedule for 12-week time blocks so will be able to let you know what days and hours we would need for a 12-week time period. We are trying our best to have it be as consistent as possible! The hours would typically be afternoon 2 pm-8 p.m. Sometimes we would need coverage for that whole day so there is opportunity for more hours. There would also be opportunity for more hours for an occasional date night or if my husband and I work an extra shift. We're looking for a nanny who loves babies and has experience with infants. The day would look like this: tummy time/play mat, nap time, snuggles, reading, walks and repeat! He's a very smiley, happy baby who is very curious of the world around him. I would love to hire someone who becomes part of our family and really bond with our boy to have a lasting relationship. We do have three dogs, a German Shepard, Pitbull and a chiweiner (chihuahua/dachshund mix). They are very friendly dogs! The little one is low maintenance and the other two just need to be let out in our back yard every few hours. No need to worry about caring for them other than that.
