About the job
I am a hardworking single mother looking for someone to care for my baby girl H who is 4 years old, super smart and full of energy. I do 16 hour overnights Thursday into Friday and Saturday into Sunday as well as work days during the week, so I am just so exhausted on weekends and feel like she kind of gets the short end of the stick sometimes because of this. I need someone who is attentive, patient and truly loves children, not just doing it for the money. H more than likely has ADHD and does have behaviors from time to time mainly when she is overstimulated or doesn't feel like she is really being heard. I am looking for someone who has a reliable vehicle to drive her around in, as I will be sending you guys on outings 80% of the time. I will cover all food, gas and activity costs and will provide you with a booster seat. Id also like said individual to be able to share live location with me via phone while you guys are out and about for the day. iPhone would be ideal. Additional hours may be available during the week down the road if you're a good fit for us.
