Full-time Loving Nanny Needed

I need full time care for my 2-year-old son in my home. I also have a 12-year-old who does online schooling at the moment, but she does not need care and could help if needed. I am seeking someone who will interact with my son and help him to learn new things. I would also like for you to take him to do activities outside of the house. He is very active, but quite shy. He is a very loving and kind boy. This is a long term position due to my career goals which I will explain more during an interview. I am looking to pay $15/hr for the weekly care. I am also seeking possible weekend and/or overnight care which I would pay $16/hr for. Details will be explained more during an interview. Lastly, I'm seeking someone who can eventually become a part of my family aka someone who my children and I fall in love with. This is very important to me.
