Will have a 3-month-old baby boy (and super sweet 3-year-old dog) and going back to work as a general surgery resident starting end of June. My fiancé is a heart surgeon, so our schedules are a bit unpredictable but generally speaking we need childcare from 6a to 630-7p Monday through Friday with some flexibility on Wednesdays (could be a day off for you) and potentially some weekends if we are both stuck working (though hopefully this wouldn't happen unless in emergency situations!)
