Our kids are extremely independent. But both my husband and I have very busy work schedules and mine tends to take me out of town quite a bit. But we need help with school pick ups and bus arrivals. Ensuring they get dinner and do their homework. Sometimes my husband has late meetings and may not be home for bedtime. So having someone available to be at home will be a huge help.
