We have a 21-month-old that has a loose routine. We really just go with the flow and follow his lead but there are typical times he naps and has lunch. We would need someone to watch our son on Thursdays from 9:30am-430 p.m. We would like to have an "interview" before you start but it's really just to give you a run down of everything and meet you.
