About the job
To start, let me be clear that I am well aware that what I am looking for is not typical. I am a midwife who is looking for coverage for the days that I am on-call for birth (1 week on/ 1 week off schedule). This means that at anytime during my week on I could get called to attend a birth and that is what I'm looking to cover. I feel this would be more easily discussed one on one so please reach out if you have any slight interest at all. Happy to discuss compensation for your time on-call as well as actual differential for having to watch my children. I have 2 boys, 5 and 7 who are very well behaved (happy to have precious nannies vouch for that) and care would possibly include making them easy meals, putting them to bed, getting them ready for school, or taking them to activities depending on the day and time.
