9-month-old. We are looking for a nanny who will be with us for as long as possible while our baby grows. We want a nanny who is seasoned, can engage with him in developmental activities indoors and outdoors and is overall just a caring/loving individual. They will be a part of our family so we want someone who is an extension of us and he is happy/comfortable with. And lastly, ideally some light housekeeping while he naps would be helpful - baby laundry, washing bottles etc.
