Caretaker Needed For Two Terrific Teens In Poughkeepsie

I am an only parent to 16-year-old twins. They are great people (I may be biased). My son is neurotypical while my daughter is autistic. My daughter is very communicative, but not verbally fluent. She is very well behaved and can meet all her basic needs, although she does need some help with meals and taking her medication. I am looking for someone to keep her company when her brother is not home and I have a work obligation. I occasionally travel overnight for work, and my goddaughter (who has always stayed with them) just moved away to start a full-time job. My son is great with his sister, but he has become busier as he gets closer to college, and I don't want him to feel like his sister's caretaker.
