Looking For Someone Who Can Sit With My Daughter From 8:30 To 11:30 Tuesday Through Friday

I'm looking for somebody who can sit with my daughter at her school from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. stay through friday. My daughter goes to a very small Christian School and the teachers there are volunteer they don't get paid. And it's hard to find people who have the ability to sit in her class with her from Tuesday to Friday for 3 hours every day. I'm willing to pay somebody to sit with her and just keep her company and keep her on task. You do not need to have paraprofessional experience to be good with kids and be able to kind of keep her on task so that the teacher doesn't have to keep stopping. She needs more one-on-one care than what the school was able to provide at this time and I'm looking for somebody that can sit with her.
