Recurring Babysitter For Active 6 Year Old

I am looking for an active babysitter to take care of our 6-year-old on a recurring basis. Most of the days will be weekends - during the day and evening. My husband and I both have jobs which require us to be at work on the weekends (not every weekend). Some late nights for date nights with my husband would be ideal. I'd really like someone who likes doing activities and - my daughter is really into arts & crafts; as the weather gets nicer, I'm happy to support finding activities outside of our home (museums, art galleries, etc). Light cleaning would be involved - specifically in my daughter's play room / family space where she does most of her activities and plays with her toys.
