We are looking for someone who may have another job that can help with our 2 boys on various days. Our thought would be to pay a set amount for each week, some weeks we will need the caregiver and some weeks we won't, making it ideal for a college student who also has another job. Weekends are likely to be minimal. And hours generally will not be past 6 p.m. on most days.
