Weekend Caregiver Needed With Special Needs Experience (or Willingness To Learn)

We are looking for a caring, reliable caregiver for our 10-year-old daughter who has visual impairment, cognitive delays and speech delays. She is very sweet, social, well-mannered, and loves board games, being read to, watching TV, going for walks, and playing in the backyard. The primary focus of this role is caring for her, but she also has a fun-loving 7-year-old sister who may want to join in some of the play and activities from time to time. We are ideally looking for someone with experience working with children with special needs (or a willingness to learn), and who is available on weekends (Sat afternoon and/or Sunday morning or afternoon & date nights).
