Engaging Caregiver Needed - Structured Childcare, Light Cleaning, Paid Training, Mileage Reimbursed

Looking for a reliable caregiver for my 7-year-old son with autism and occasional care for my 10-year-old. Must follow structured routines, engage in hands-on activities (minimal screen time), and assist with daycare pickup when scheduled. Mileage is reimbursed at the federal rate. Responsibilities include meal prep, assisting with dinner, and bedtime routines. Light household tasks required, including vacuuming, dishes, tidying, trash, and wiping down surfaces. Pay starts at $18/hr during onboarding: 6 hours of paid online training (can be done in chunks or all at once), paperwork, and fingerprinting for a background check. Once onboarding is fully completed, I personally raise pay to $23/hr. Only accepting applicants willing to complete onboarding. If training isn't completed, employment won't continue.
