Seeking a caregiver for my smart, perceptive, sensitive 10-month-old boy in our home two afternoons a week. He loves to learn and practice new skills. He's extremely curious and observant. We would love someone who knows how to engage younger children to both play and learn. He needs someone who knows how to build a bond and read his energy -- ie if he needs quiet time or more stimulation -- depending on his mood. This might eventually grow to include more time if the fit is good if that's desired!
