Nurturing, Gentle, and Fun-Loving Full-Time Nanny Needed for a Kind and Welcoming Family in the Village of Pittsford, NY! Ages of Children: Newborn, 2, and 6 Start Date: February 2025 Schedule: M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm Compensation: $22-28/h based on experience and the overall compensation package Benefits: Guaranteed hours, PTO, sick days, paid major holidays, annual bonus A warm and loving family in Pittsford, NY, is seeking a nurturing, gentle, and experienced nanny to care primarily for their newborn and 2-year-old beginning in February, 2025! While care will be focused on the two youngest children, the family also has a 7-year-old daughter who will be in school/after-school programs during the year, and camps during the summer. Occasional care for all three children during school breaks or holidays will be appreciated! The typical, daily schedule will include care for their newborn, as well as mid-day pickup for their 2-year-old, and afternoons engaging both children in age-appropriate activities and outings! Located in the Village of Pittsford, the family would love to work with a nanny who is up for walks to the library, playground, or canal, weather-permitting. This sweet family is looking for a provider who hopes to grow with their family for years to come, and who may be interested in the role transitioning to include family assistant duties in the future. The ideal candidate is someone who is both gentle and caring, as well as energetic and fun, and ready for lots of adventures! While not a requirement for the role, experience or familiarity with the Montessori method would be a bonus. The family describes their sweet 2-year-old as an affectionate and fun-loving toddler, who enjoys cuddling up to his grown ups, playing with his trucks, and getting outside to play, rain or shine. A nanny who can lovingly support the needs of the children throughout each developmental phase will be a wonderful fit for this role. Light meal prep as well as child-related tidying and laundry will be asked and appreciated. The family has one friendly, low-maintenance dog who can be let out in the fenced backyard when needed.
