About the job
My 8-year-old is easy going and lives with Autism. He prefers to play alone, cars, trains, planets etc. He is an absolute sweetheart! When first working with a new caregiver, he will test and display some refusal behaviors. But usually those subside in about 2 wks. My 9yr old lives with adhd. He is very energetic and needs engagement. Loves gymnastics! Crafting, Acting. He has a huge heart! And lots of Character! He can be very stubborn, but if you have confidence, he will see that, and his testing also ends :) Often this little one is off at Play practice. Need understanding/experience with some special needs/delays. Excellent communication. consistent. patience. Must be reliable. Full day summer/break hours also available. We have 3 Cats that will also need to be fed from time to time.
