Part Time Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Penfield

My schedule changes on a weekly basis. we are really hoping to find someone who is willing to communicate weekly on Saturday and/or Sunday to talk about what hours/days we are in need of for that week. We are okay with either our home or the sitters home, or both depending on whatever's needed! Looking for someone who can have a good hands on approach and follow the routine we are slowly creating as she gets out of the newborn stage.
