My work schedule varies week to week. Some mornings I have meetings that run into the afternoon. Some days I will need afternoon help while I leave to see clients. I would like someone who can be flexible. Sometimes I am home and sometimes I am not. Willing to have someone around in both situations. I need someone who will be willing to adapt and love my little one just as much as we do! Asking for help is hard for me!
