Nanny Needed For My Children In Oceanside.

I am returning to work in early March so would like to start child care at the end of Feb so we can work with caregiver properly. Both my schedule and my husbands work schedule vary so we need flexible childcare. My child is about to be 5 months. We are still working on naps; he doesnt go down by himself for naps. He still oftentimes contact naps. Hes starting to eat pures. He doesnt roll or crawl yet; we are still working on his ability to roll. He cannot sit on his own yet.
