A lovely family on the Upper East Side is seeking an experienced and self-sufficient Newborn Care Specialist to support them with their second baby, due on July 31st. The position will begin around the baby's arrival and is expected to last approximately 4 months (TBD, they might extend past 4 months). Key Responsibilities: -Provide 24/7 newborn care and support, including feeding, diapering, and sleep routines. -Be proactive while taking direction and adapting to the family's preferences. -Travel with the family as needed to their East Hampton home and potentially to Miami. -Exhibit discretion while maintaining excellent communication. Ideal Candidate: -Experienced, professional, and confident with newborn care. -Able to navigate travel and transitions with ease. -Comfortable working alongside parents who don't require full instruction but appreciate guidance. -Independent, self-sufficient, and respectful of the family's needs and boundaries. -Comfortable around pets (the family has one dog). Details: Compensation: -Flat Rate: $400-$500/day
