Part-time Nanny Needed For A 3 Year-old

We are looking for a nanny to take care of our 3-year-old son. We are flexible with the hours (although need to start at 2:30pm), and can do 2-3 days a week if needed. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves being with kids, playing with them, reading to them, taking them to classes, and out to the park or playground. We are looking for someone who cares about safety and is punctual and not late. We are also looking for someone who has flexibility to stay a few more hours in the evening from time to time or come an hour earlier in the morning when we need. Must have experience with a toddler (2-5-year-old).
