We're hiring a full time nanny for our 3-year-old daughter & newborn baby - Mon - Fri 40 hours/week - Beginning March or early April & will stay with our family for years - Our home is on the UES The ideal candidate: - warm, loving & genuinely enjoys kids - 4+ years of experience - proactive, present & engaging, while allowing for independent play - open minded & open to our parenting approach - able to be fun/playful & set boundaries/stay on schedule - will help with household work, cleaning & errands - flexible with scheduling & open to staying late occasionally Our parenting approach - We like RIE & respectful parenting - Our daughter attends a Waldorf school & we do no screen time - We embrace big feelings rather than distracting If you're interested, send a message about why you would be a good fit for our family.
