This person would focus on 2 of our 3 kids (our 9 yo and 11 yo) and help with the afternoons in terms of logistics and homework help. We really want someone who can help with homework, keeping the kids engaged so that they aren't on screens or watching TV. We would prefer the person has a graduate degree or is in graduate school.
