The nanny will support the care and development of three children (ages 9, 6, and 3) and collaborate with existing staff, including a chef and housekeeper. Responsibilities: -Provide nurturing and engaging care for three children, ages 9, 6, and 3, adapting activities and interactions to each child's interests and developmental stage. -Manage after-school routines, including transportation to/from activities, assisting with bath time, and organizing schedules. -Supervise all aspects of the children's personal needs, including their laundry and room organization. -Support the family's travel needs, with travel up to two weeks at a time, and an expectation of 12-15 hour days while traveling. -Assist with packing and unpacking children's belongings. -Maintain flexibility for additional duties as needed, coordinating with other household staff in a team-oriented manner. Requirements: -Minimum of 5 years of experience as a full-time career nanny, with strong references from similar high-profile roles. -Must be a strong swimmer comfortable with water activities (pool, beach, and yacht settings). -Travel-ready with a valid passport, able to travel for extended periods and work irregular hours, including holidays and weekends. -Excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle a busy schedule. -High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality. -Strong communication skills and a cheerful, engaging demeanor that connects easily with children. -Comfort around pets, as the family has a small dog. -Commitment to professionalism and dependability, with a can-do attitude.
