About the job
I am looking for a kind, nurturing babysitter for my 2. 5 y/o daughter. I subscribe to conscious parenting and Montessori values, and I am looking for someone who is aligned with my style. That includes teaching skills through connection, play, and co-regulation, with no punishment ever. My daughter is mostly potty-trained (still working on certain skills, but no more diapers) and she is extremely playful, cheerful and eager to learn. The job will entail picking her up from school at 3pm, bringing her home on the subway, and cooking dinner for her. I usually get home from work around 6:30, but there may be some days when it is later. I have one docile cat.
