Nanny Needed: 2 Toddlers In Downtown Manhattan

We need a nanny starting after the holidays for my twin boys. We live in downtown Manhattan and require someone to be timely as my husband works long hours and I own a business. For almost a year and a half I been doing all of the food prep and I need someone who can lead the charge here: someone who knows how to cook and can take initiative with seeing that food needs to be made or prepped. Normal nanny duties including the boys laundry and cleaning up after the boys, as well as informing me about clothing needs or shoe needs and of course any hygiene requirements. We really want somebody who is trusted not only by us, but by our boys and it will need to be a family extension. Reliability is essential as is high energy and character. I am highly allergic to perfume and therefore we can either offer a uniform or provide laundry detergent.
