Nanny Needed For My Infant In New York

Looking for a nanny to watch my infant son either 4 or 5 days a week (Monday -- Thursday or Monday -- Friday) from 10 a.m. to 4 pm, starting mid-March 2025. Long-term arrangement, ideally to last until he's old enough for preschool. He will be almost 5 months old when we start care in March. I work full time from home so I will be here, but need someone to come to my apartment and care for my son during work hours since I won't be able to give him the attention he needs. This includes diaper changes, feedings, play time, monitoring nap time, walks in the stroller, etc.
