We are seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and experienced Newborn Specialist to provide expert care for a newborn. The ideal candidate will have experience working in private homes, a strong background in infant care, excellent communication skills, and a warm and nurturing demeanor. Responsibilities: -Provide attentive and specialized care for the newborn, including feeding, diapering, and bathing. -Support the development of healthy sleep routines and schedules. -Monitor the baby's well-being, growth, and development. -Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for the baby. -Offer guidance and education to parents on newborn care best practices. -Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to the baby, such as sterilizing bottles, organizing baby items, and managing laundry. Qualifications: *Proven experience as a Newborn Specialist, Nanny, or Infant Caregiver. *Certification in newborn care or related field (preferred but not required). *Current CPR and First Aid certification for infants. *Strong knowledge of infant milestones, nutrition, and sleep training techniques. *Ability to adapt to the family's needs and provide emotional support to new parents. *Patient, gentle, and trustworthy with excellent references.
