Dream candidate: Our dream nanny: - kind, warm, patient, loving - Speaks Spanish - 30-40-year-old range - Experience with babies - Experience taking care of two kids - proactive ie can arrange play dates, knows NY/the area, comfortable with buses etc - Flexible ie can stay late, can stay nights, can travel domestically if needed - helps with housekeeping We have a 4. 5yr old son + a 5-month-old daughter
