About the job
Manhattan family with two children ages 3 and 6 years old are looking for a full-time, live-in nanny. The schedule could be Tuesday-Saturday from about 7am-7 p.m. (with breaks during the day) with the flexibility to work late and shift some work days around if needed but the family is also open to a different schedule, such as Monday-Friday, etc. This nanny must be able to travel both internationally and domestically. Huge plus if they can drive and swim, although not required. General duties will be helping the kids get ready for school in the morning. Their oldest is in school until 3 p.m. and the youngest is in school until 12pm, and they both have after school activities. The have another nanny that you will be working alongside. The nanny will have their own bedroom and bathroom. The family lives out East over the summer, where the nanny will join them. Other duties include cooking and completing light housekeeping for the kids. The family does have a dog, and they would love it if the nanny could take the dog on a walk every once in a while. This position starts ASAP. This is a wonderful family who has had their staff for many years and really values them.
