Looking For A Babysitter That Can Be Hired More Full Time In December.

Hi, I'm looking for someone that can accommodate a flexible schedule, has patience w/ children w/ high energy, loves being around kids & can help support me & my wishes for my child. My son gets out of school around 3 p.m. most days but has an occasional half day. Unless I need you for an overnight you wouldn't be taking him to school in the am & would rarely be picking him up from school. My schedule is very sporadic & can sometimes have a last minute meeting but I usually will give you 2-3 hour notice. I basically just need you to help my son with homework, make him meals & get ready for bed... depending on the time of day.. my son is high energy, but is a very sweet happy little boy, he loves to play, watch movies & learn. In the beginning I'm looking for more of a babysitter but in December I'd like to hire someone full time
