About the job
Mom & Dad of separate households need a patient, loving and kind helper to work a unique schedule; alongside us (sometimes on your own) at pickup, extracurriculars, providing meals/snacks, preparing for outings and engaging in age appropriate play. Minimal screen time. Fluent in English & Spanish. Light housekeeping & walking the dog occasionally. Valid/clean drivers license. Schedule can be discussed, but one full weekend day and Mondays & Fridays are required, as listed. We give kids opportunities to make choices of their own, to be independent & to take responsibility. Creativity, silliness & structure are important to us. We love reading, imaginary play, soccer, play dates, skiing, swim, painting, cooking and jobs. Transitions can be tough. Clothes feel "itchy" or "uncomfortable". We are picky eaters.
