We have a sweet 4-year-old boy who responds well to positive reinforcement. Looking for a responsible, patient, and cheerful person to pick up, take to classes, bring to the playground, and actively play with him. Ideally, the candidate would have teaching experience in childcare or preschool, enjoy interactive activities like reading, drawing, writing, dancing, and playing games. Were seeking someone who is easygoing, energetic, and a positive role model, fostering independence, empathy, and a love for learning. Reliability is important, as well as the ability to set clear boundaries while maintaining a positive, encouraging environment.
