I am in search of a nanny to start part time this Sept and ramp up to full time by end of March (but willing to ramp up faster if all goes well!) I have a 3YO mildly autistic son who is starting school so will need someone from 3-6 Mon-Fri. Second baby will be born Nov which is when Id likely start ramping hours up until I got back to work full time. Because my son has special needs, I really need a nanny thats energetic, a natural with kids (very animated, playful), and someone who has the physical capabilities to keep up with him/pick him up once in a while if he needs it- like for ex, putting him into his crib (hes 35 pounds). Given his autism diagnosis Im of course looking for someone patient, ideally with recent autism toddler experience.
