I am currently looking for a caregiver/Com-Hab provider who is energetic, creative, outgoing, and fun-loving someone who can be like a big sister to my daughter and enjoys learning and exploring the world together. What: Cerebral Palsy Full support with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Assistance with personal care Traveling with manual and power wheelchairs Utilizing Tobii Eye Gaze communicator Incontinence care Collaborating with RNs and HHAs Who: Drivers preferred, Fun-loving and outgoing, Creative, Enjoys reading, shopping, and outings, Tech-savvy, Excellent multitasker, English speaker (Japanese speaker is a plus!) When: Long-term Coverage needed for some out-of-school Days & some after school hours Full days on Saturdays and Sundays Holidays and seasonal breaks
