We are looking for an afternoon sitter. The job is September to June, M-F starting at 3:30 p.m. and ending at 7:30 p.m. (830 on Wednesdays). Flexibility to stay later and work on the weekend is highly appreciated and will be used. I guarantee 16 hours but usually add on one or two nights a week for extra hours and 2 weekend days a month especially during the spring and fall at $30/hour. The job has three parts: 1) taking kids to and from their afternoon activities or playdates; 2) overseeing homework which includes being disciplined about the kids doing their work, answering questions and checking the work. Specific tutoring not necessary. Must be college educated or in college. Must be able to commit from Sep to June.
