Upper east side family looking for a sophisticated & experienced assistant to help manage a busy family of six. Assist with family calendars, booking appointments, run household related errands, personal assistant duties related to family needs, etc. Our children are teenagers so we no longer need a nanny to "babysit", rather we need a responsible & mature individual to help bring the children to appointments & activities, pick up from school, & help a busy mom manage day to day schedule & tasks. Responsibilities include: - Manage family calendars (Kids ages 18, 17, 13) - Help with errands (driving our car if needed) - Schedule travel plans for the family - Medical submissions & book appointments - Photo organization and digital file organization - Managing emails/Orders/Returns/Household Vendors *** Must have verifiable references***
