Our 18-month-old is very active and on the go all the time, so were looking for someone who can keep up with their energy and provide full attention throughout the day. They love interactive play, songs, and engaging activities (were hoping for someone with a fun, "Miss Rachel" vibe!). Care includes feeding meals and snacks, changing diapers, and creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment. We need someone who is attentive and focused not someone who spends time on their phone while caring for our child.
