I am a Privately-Owned Home Childcare in Nanuet that is looking for a F/T Toddler Teacher to co-teach a group of 12 students. Candidate must have a minimum of one year's experience and be willing to care for children ages 1 - 3 years. Must be available during the hours of 7:30-5:15 days and times differ but will be a set schedule. The prospective candidate should be responsible, dependable, punctual, creative, and self-motivated along with being fun. They should have a positive and loving attitude regarding children and teaching. The ideal candidate's job description would include but is not limited to: Maintaining a safe, clean, nurturing, fun, age-appropriate environment where children can grow and learn at their own pace with your support. Supervising the children in toileting (to include diapering), eating, and other self-help skills. Must be able to read and write English and have their own car. Meet and follow requirements of NYS Licensing Agency. Interact with the children to support, play, explore, and learning. Communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow co-workers. Must be in good physical health and have a physical examination (within 1 year) prior to hire or be willing to obtain one. Required certifications CPR & First Aid must have or be willing to obtain upon hire. Must be willing to be Fingerprinted and have a Criminal Record Background check completed.
