Seeking Sitter/nanny For In Home Care For Two Adorable Loving 4 Mo Old Twins

We are looking for a great nanny/sitter for two adorable twins (boy and girl) Approximately 20-30 hours per week, M-F. Looking for some flexibility in timing but inside of hours of 8am-6 p.m. Seeking care based in apartment with daily outings/walks, no screen time. Prefer familiarity/training with Montessori teachings and baby led weaning, but flexible on guiding through whats needed if not. Beginning late October. CPR training/certification and references required. No cigarette smokers preferred. Mom works from home 4 days a week. Located in Fleetwood, NY.
