I am looking for someone kind, gentle and warm who has experience with infants and babies to watch my 3.5-month-old son two mornings a week while I am working from home. He is a calm, smiley baby who loves tummy time and to sing interactive songs. As he is still so little he isn't on a strict schedule but has 1.5-2 hour wake windows, so I am still going with the flow of his day until he's a bit older and ready for a more regular schedule.
